Orders

How long does it take to ship my order?

To have the order shipped the same day, orders must be placed before 12:00am EST.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Depending on the size of the order and avialability.

Can I modify my order?

Please contact us before or immediately after placing you order with your question. We will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order.

Shipping

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business day to process your shipment to have it sent on its merry way.

FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders under $99.

With standard shipping, allow for 1-2 business day to process the order and 2-7 business days for delivery.

We offer FREE Standard 2-3 Business Day Shipping on orders over $99. Please allow 1-2 business day to process your order and 2-3 days for your order to be delivered.

We do not offer free expedited shipping on wholesale orders.

Do you ship internationally?

For an additionally fee, we are able to ship internationally. Please contact us with your needs and we will be able to send you a quote for shipping and any other fees that apply.

How does free expedited shipping work?

We offer free expedited shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. To be eligible for free shipping, your subtotal before taxes and shipping costs must meet the minimum amount required. It is also important to keep in mind that if you are using any coupons or discount codes, these will affect your purchase subtotal.

For example, if your cart shows a total of $100, but you apply a 10% discount code, this will bring your subtotal to $90.00. This means that the purchase would not qualify for free shipping anymore, unless another product was added to make the subtotal over $99 again with the code applied.

Free Expedited shipping does not apply to wholesale purchases. Wholesale purchases will be shipped using First Class or Ground shipping method.

What is your return policy?

First, we are very sorry there is an issue with your order. We want to make it right.

You can return your item(s) up to 30 days after the purchase date of your order.

If you wish to get a refund, send back the item(s) within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund.

Any item(s) returned after 30 days will have a minimum of $5 per item restocking fee.

We do not accept returns for items that are on clearance.

We encourage you to please contact us if you have problems with your order.
