At checkout, please tell us in the Order Notes the color numbers and quantity. For example, "5 balls of color #22". We will then pack your custom order by hand.
If we have any questions about your order color/quantities, then a team member will contact you by email (which you provide us at checkout).
Also, if the order notes are left blank, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. Thank you for supporting our shop.
